Why I Started The Primus Method
During my nursing student days, something struck me:
90% of the senior nurses I worked with were unfit, exhausted, and relying on junk food to get through their shifts.
I get it. The stress, the 12-hour shifts, and the constant demand to “keep going” make it easy to grab quick fixes—chips, sugary snacks, or that bottomless cup of coffee. But here's the kicker: I saw firsthand how this lifestyle was silently harming their health.
I did not want to get caught in the same trap.
So, I made it my mission to find solutions—real, practical ones:
